In early 2024 we started a ‘Colchester North’ gathering in the afternoon, meeting at 3pm on alternate weeks.

Never tried church? Working out who Jesus is? Struggle with morning? On shift work? Not found a church ‘home’ yet? Whatever your background or reason, we’d love to meet you!

Gathering Schedule

We gathering on alternate weeks. On the other weeks, we invite you to join us at our St. Benedict’s (South) gathering which meets on Sunday mornings.

We'd love to look out for you on Sunday and answer any questions or concerns you have. Simply let us know you are coming, ask some questions or explain any particular needs you have.

  • There is ample free parking at the venue. You will need to register your car on arrival.

  • Our gathering starts at 3pm

    We have tea and coffee from about 2.45pm. Most people love to come a bit early or stay on afterwards and mingle for an additional 15 minutes or so.

  • You can expect an ordinary bunch of people at our services, all from different age groups, cultures, stages of faith and walks of life. 

  • With no official dress-code, the feel is pretty casual & contemporary.

    We generally start our meetings with modern and ancient songs about God while live musicians accompany our singing.

    We talk a lot about Jesus in particular, basing what we say on and from the Bible.

  • As this gathering is still small we have a small under 11s group that goes out during the sermon. For more information on this please contact our kids team.
