Are you passionate about helping young people grow as followers of Jesus? Are you a good communicator? Are you a self-starter? Do you want to help Redeemer Church grow and flourish in our mission to lead people to discover fullness of life by helping them find and follow Jesus?

Redeemer Church is looking to recruit a Kids and Youth Coordinator to coordinate the smooth running of all under 18’s work, raising leaders and ensuring a cohesive curriculum is delivered to support children and youth learning core biblical foundations and values, and in time develop outreach programmes for the various age-groups. You will also support the various volunteer teams and leaders, envisioning and equipping them for their ministries. You will look for new opportunities to grow relationships both inside and outside of our church community.
You will have experience of working with children and young adults, as well as the ability to inspire, lead and train teams. You will be a self-starter, able to instigate and manage your own workload. You will also have experience of working with volunteers, devising and implementing safeguarding policies, and have strong people skills.

Redeemer Church is looking to recruit an Operations and Ministry Coordinator to coordinate the smooth running of the church and support the development and effectiveness of ministry areas. The Operation and Ministry Coordinator will have a key role in making sure the Redeemer culture is in everything we do, from the smallest of admin tasks, to the running of our Sunday meetings and all ministry activity.
